Your Checklist for Chandler Collisions, Emergencies and Accidents

Accidents can happen at any time. You can get side swiped as you cross through an intersection, or someone can turn out in front of you suddenly, leaving you no time to stop. You don’t know how long it will take for help to arrive or where you will be when it happens.

You don’t have to be in an auto accident to have an emergency. You could have a tire blowout or your engine could fail, leaving you stranded. If you’re in the middle of town, that may not be a problem. If you’re in the middle of the Arizona desert or just stuck on an isolated road during the highs of summer or the lows of winter, you could be in trouble.

Here are a few things you should keep in your car in case of any Chandler collision, emergency or accident and surrounding areas:

Maps

It may have been some time since you opened up a paper map, but you shouldn’t discount them completely. You never know when you will be stranded without a cell phone or when your cell phone battery might die. A paper map will get you where you need to go, and you won’t have to worry about it directing you to drive off any cliffs or straight into any dead ends.

Bottled Water

In a severe situation, you could be stranded for a long time. Make sure you have plenty of bottled water on hand to stay hydrated. This becomes especially important during the Arizona summer, where even a few minutes in the heat will leave you sweating.

First Aid Kit

A well-stocked first aid kit should always be in your car or trunk. Make sure you have bandages, ointment, burn cream, aspirin, and other basic supplies.
